About

Calarossa Summer School, organized by Fondazione Rui in collaboration with IESE Business School, provides an international and interdisciplinary environment where discussing how to find one’s own path to make a difference in personal and professional life.

Immersed in the scenario of Calarossa bay and inspired by guests’ personal stories, participants engage in presentations, teamwork and case study discussions to debate the link between service and excellence and to learn how to build a career with social impact.

Participants enjoy the alchemy that results from a community of students with acumen, passion and commitment to make a difference for the common good. The packed 7 days program includes sport and leisure activities and two days of sightseeing in Western Sicily: Agrigento Valley of the Temples, Palermo, Monreale or Selinunte.

The Summer School takes place every year in the last week of July and is hosted by Arces – Centro Internazionale Calarossa located in Terrasini (Palermo). The first edition was in 2004, and since then hundreds of international students have been welcome at Calarossa, as well as dozens of guests and lecturers.
